Summary
This application was designed and written collaboratively with staff from the City of Eugene’s Public Works Maintenance Division. Eugene bikers enter a maintenance request directly into the City’s maintenance management system, used to assign and track work orders.

Project Highlights
The City tapped into the mobile mapping innovations being developed by students, faculty, and staff in the InfoGraphics Lab and provided our students with an excellent service learning opportunity, building on the research collaboration between Ken Kato and Marc Schlossberg (PPPM) funded by a grant from OTREC.
